Snow.....!

Finally we did get some snow , too! It´s not much, but better than none!

Jamie really enjoyed building a mini snowman with Ben, but he soon wanted to come back in as he still has got a horrible cough that keeps me up all night. He has been ill now for 9 days.
I had a lovely day with Jamie yesterday, we lit all the candles and put german christmas music on and read lots and lots of books and i carried on with my crocheting.
We lit up our christmas pyramid while we had tea and Jamie sat there mesmerized by it..

This afternoon we are getting our christmas tree, I am sooo excited and it will be interesting how a 2 year old and a christmas tree go together ;-)

German Christmas Markets.. OH I MISS THEM...

So glad I went to germany this year to see all the christmas markets.. It does bring back the proper christmas feelings. Over here I find Christmas is far too commercial and i do not really like the flashing "hollywood" type christmas decorations and lights...!

Here´s some pics from my 4 days end of november in Hamburg:

Here we are..

I am still not sure if I should be writing in English or German.. I guess as I am living in England I´ll write in English..
Jamie is still ill, he has been since Friday, with a high fever, D&V, coughing and a sore throat... HORRIBLE!
Should have had my OFSTED inspection today but managed to cancel , as mindee isn´t here of course..
Today I want to get my crochet things out again, I haven´t done it in ages but always enjoy it.
Jamie is having a sleep at the minute, no wonder as he is up all night at the moment coughing etc.
It was Jamie´s 2nd birthday last week and I still cannot believe how the time has flown by. It doesn´t seem so long ago that I gave birth to him after 36 hours of labour and an emergency cesarian..
Here are some pics...hasn´t he changed...?
